small business growing & a slipper-give-away

A pleasant surprise of launching online retail has been hearing input, encouragement and hellos from friends & family. It's been great to reconnect with some old friends, too, and to receive questions and comments from new folks.
To that end, a good friend here in Seattle introduced me online to www.mormonmommywars.com. I got lost in a thread instantly. It's enjoyable to read, and in the case of the particular thread that absorbed me, totally spot on to the interests of this mom. Since MMW has had fun offering give-aways in the past, we decided to give it a try TODAY. Check it out: www.mormonmommywars.com

Mommy launched a website. What's that?

With all good intentions, the launch date was July 1, then August 1, and finally August 20! That was the magic date. Having recently taken the boys camping, our 3 year old asked 'Mommy, are you camping at the website?" Yes, it certainly felt that way. There are so many things I love about having a small business, but IT just isn't one of them. Thank goodness for people like www.FlorentineDesign.com and www.Jennergy.com to help!
I am so happy to have www.satchsol.com/catalog up and ready! I am receiving great questions about fair trade and earth friendly and slippers, slippers, slippers. Keep them coming. I would love to post them here or on the main site, with your permission. I am elated to finally be sharing the artists' beautiful work on the site.
