Handmade in Mongolia. Suede and leather Buriat boots. A unique design of 100% woolen felt inside each boot provides comfort as boots set to fit the individual wearer. Sole comprised of durable rubber, two layers of leather and a thick woolen layer. There is little visual difference between the left & right boot, so the left boot is tagged for kids & their grown-ups. Easy to put on & off, Buriat boots are favorite outdoor footwear for many kids who call them comfy and warm. No water-proofing agent has been applied, but Buriat boots take a lot of soaking before little feet get wet. The felt is hand-sewn to the interior. Colorful stitching detail, stitched with a manually operataed sewing machine, make each pair one-of-a-kind. Sizes run from US 5 to US 13. Larger sizes are on order for mid-November.
